I’ve noticed the same thing Thomas. As of December 8, 2009, my firmware is still listed at 2.0 and says my phone is up to date.

2.0.1 I believe is coming to handsets later this month, according to Google and Verizon, to be released OTA. There is really no reason in the meantime not to continue to target 2.0 in the meantime....
